  • First, the printer should be switched off and then turn on the printer by pressing “Start” or “Go” button
  • Release the button and again press it for two times. Now, press “Start” button 5 times when all the  lights of panel are ‘ON’
  • When the toner light is off, close the cover

 

Reset The “Toner Life End” Message On Brother MFC Monochrome (B/W) Printers :

  • First of all, open the door followed by pressing Back/Clear key
  • After then, press *00 and then hit OK
  • Avoid selecting any options from drum replacement menu. In place of this, press*, then 00 and “OK at the end.”
  • Reset Toner Messages On Brother MFC, DCP, and HL Colour Printers:
  • When the printer power is on, first open the toner access door
  • Now, go to “Reset Menu” by pressing the ‘Clear/Back’ button
  • After then, scroll through the reset options for your Brother printer’s toner cartridges. Choose suitably
  • size and colour of the toner cartridge
  • To reset each cartridge individually, hit 1.Now, press “Clear/Back” to get out of this menu and close the door after then
